What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• All saved video ideas and drafts

• Post analyses and recommendations

• Connected social media profiles

• Account settings and preferences

• Usage data and user-generated content

• Your profile and identifying information

This deletion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How long deletion takes

Within 90 days of your request, SocialGPT will permanently erase all your content and close your account. The deletion stops the processing of new personal data immediately.

Important warnings

Logging back in cancels deletion
If you log into your account while we're processing your deletion request, the process will terminate and your account will remain active.

This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your data, saved ideas, or any content associated with your account.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account, submit an Account Deletion Request.

You'll need to provide:

• Your registered email address

• Confirmation that you understand this will permanently delete your account and all associated data

After submitting the form, you'll receive a confirmation email. Do not log into your account during the deletion period, or the process will be cancelled.
