Step 1: Generate a bunch of ideas

When you log into SocialGPT, you'll see a "Next Idea" card with a content suggestion tailored to resonate with your audience.

Off the bat, you've got: a video premise, talking points, a shotlist, and algorithmic reasoning behind why this video will work.

Review the ideas. If you like it, click Save to add it to your Saved Ideas. If not, click Dislike to get a fresh suggestion. Save as many ideas as possible.

Step 2: Review Your Saved Ideas

Navigate to the Ideas page and click the Saved tab. Here you'll find all the ideas you've bookmarked.

Pick your ideas for the week that feel exciting to create!

Step 3: Generate Scripts

For each saved idea, click the Generate Script button. By default SocialGPT will generate a 30 second script, if you want a longer or shorter script select your preferred video duration.

Review and edit the scripts to match your voice and style.

Step 4: Record with the Teleprompter Feature

Once your script is ready, scroll all the way down and hit "Record with Teleprompter" to record your video while reading your script on-screen (you can change teleprompter speed in the top right hand corner look for "WPM").

Record! Record! Record! Don't worry about getting it perfect on the first try!

Step 5: Get Instant AI Feedback

Hit Save & Analyze once you're done and SocialGPT will analyze your video and provide AI-powered feedback on:

  • Hook effectiveness (did you grab attention in the first 3 seconds?)

  • Pacing and energy

  • Call-to-action clarity

  • Overall engagement potential

Review the AI feedback, re-record sections that need improvement, and save your best take. Repeat this process until you have your content for the week.

Step 7: POST and Analyze Your Video Performance with Neural Net Scoring

After your videos are posted, navigate to the Analytics tab and scroll down to Post Coach to see your recent videos. Click on any video to view its performance analysis.

Here you'll see performance scores based on real-time data:

  • Hook Score

  • Ending Score

  • Overall Video Score

Plus detailed analysis explaining what worked, what didn't, and why viewers stayed or left at specific moments.

Hoping that this guide will help y'all start pumping out quality, audience tailored content on a weekly basis! And remember we're in this together, if you have any questions or issues please do not hesitate to reach out to product@gpt.social
